Emotional Education

Brief description: This Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) provides participants with a comprehensive introduction to Emotional Education from a neuroscience perspective. The programme explores the biological foundations of emotions, emotional competence, emotional intelligence and emotional regulation, as well as their impact on learning, health promotion and professional practice. Participants will examine topics such as the central nervous system, the microbiota–gut–brain axis, empathy, emotional management through body expression and immersive virtual reality experiences. Combining theoretical knowledge, practical laboratories and research-based approaches, the programme aims to strengthen participants’ emotional competencies as educators, managers, entrepreneurs and researchers while fostering international collaboration within the STARS EU Alliance.
