Brief description: This BIP focuses on inclusion, social justice and global mindset in higher education curricula. It addresses culture as a dynamic, constructivist process shaped by human agency, moving beyond essentialist and deterministic perspectives. The programme explores how these approaches can be integrated into teaching and learning practices to foster transformative learning, a growth mindset and intercultural competence, which are essential for developing effective and equitable cross-cultural relationships in educational, social, business and leadership contexts.
