Specifically, we have been performing the race analysis of our national swimmers performing in the last three Olympic cycles (2012-2016; 2016-2020; 2020-2024) including semi-finalists, finalists and medalists at major international events including Olympic Games, European and World Championships. This refers to a detailed breakdown and evaluation of a swimmer’s performance during a race. It involves analyzing various aspects of their swim to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement and develop better training strategies.
