His expertise includes biomechanics, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), and sports performance analysis. Completed his Ph.D. in Sports Sciences in 2018 at the University of Beira Interior. He is currently attending a Ph.D. program in Biomechanics and Bioengineering Applied to Health at the University of Alcalá. He was the biomechanist of a multi-medalist and finalist wheelchair sprinter at major international competitions including Paralympics, World and European Chamionships. Recent projects as collaborative member includes “+Idade+Saúde” (improving elderly health through tailored interventions) and “PACAP” (enhancing quality of life for cancer patients through physical activity).
