IPB promoted STARS EU day

President of the IPB, Orlando Rodrigues and Dick Pouwels, coordinator of STARS EU, during the presentation of the alliance projects.
January 29, the second day of the In2CoP – Conference on International Cooperation in Higher Education, organized by Bragança Polytechnic University (IPB), was entirely dedicated to international cooperation within European University Alliances, with a special focus on the STARS EU Alliance.

At the Alcínio Miguel Auditorium of the School of Technology and Management (ESTiG), the progress and projects of the alliance were presented, including community integration, data management, Living Labs, Thematic Interest Groups, and Joint Degrees. These initiatives showcase the impact of STARS EU in promoting internationalization and developing essential skills for the societies of the future.

In the afternoon, attention shifted to the World Café Event. This open space allowed students, professors, researchers, and staff to learn more about STARS EU, explore mobility opportunities and ongoing projects, and understand how they can actively engage in the alliance. More than just an informative session, this event fostered interaction and exchange, reinforcing the idea that STARS EU is for everyone.
