The STARS EU Academic Offer will complement the educational offer at all partner institutions by establishing and delivering joint open STARS EU programmes. The joint academic offer of the partner institutions covers all levels - from micro-certificates to individual modules and doctoral degrees. They thrive on a common but at the same time individual focus to ensure a diverse, international and mobile learning experience for students, staff and lifelong learners. STARS EU's open joint programme will be characterised by the following features:- Socially relevant core subjects- Research, work and community oriented,- Student-centred and challenge-oriented- Virtual, blended and physical- Benchmarking based on European standards and guidelines- Independent and combinable accredited course units and certifiable micro-credentials- Seamless mobility between different learning environments of the partner universities- Automatic recognition within and between countries These open joint programmes reflect STARS EU's ambition to make international educational cooperation accessible to all. This means that our cooperation will go far beyond the limited traditional exchange programmes and joint degree programmes.
